Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung § 76 BBesG: Gewährung einer Weiterverpflichtungsprämie von 1.500 DM pro Jahr bereits ab 1.7.1988 für Unteroffiziere und Mannschaften im Dienstverhältnis eines Soldaten auf Zeit mit mindestens vierjähriger Verpflichtungszeit, die sich um mindestens zwei Jahre weiterverpflichten, Ermächtigung des Bundesministers des Innern zum Erlaß einer Rechtsverordnung; Ergänzung § 71 BBesG: Ermächtigung der Landesregierungen, die Übertragung von Befugnissen durch Rechtsverordnung vorzunehmen. Für die Zahlung von Weiterverpflichtungsprämien entstehen folgende Kosten: 1988 50 Mio DM, 1989 100 Mio DM, 1990 90 Mio DM und 1991 85 Mio DM. Bei zusätzlicher Gewährung von Erstverpflichtungsprämien können sich die Kosten um bis zu 200 Mio DM jährlich erhöhen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ergänzung Par. 76 BBesG um Abs. 4 betr. Gewährung von Weiterverpflichtungsprämien an Soldaten mit einer Verpflichtungserklärung bis zum 31.12.1991. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Soldat auf Zeit/Gewährung von Weiterverpflichtungsprämien an SaZ
