L 94 S. 13) Inhalt: Umsetzung eines Beschlusses des Europäischen Rats vom 11. bis 12.2.1988 zur Fortsetzung der für 1987 beschlossenen besonderen Vorschriften über die Finanzierung der Gemeinsamen Marktpolitik: Aufhebung der in § 10 Abs. 5 Satz 3 enthaltenen Befristung für die Ermächtigung der Bundesanstalt für landwirtschaftliche Marktordnung zur Aufnahme von Kassenkrediten. Das Gesetz verursacht Verwaltungskosten in geringem Umfang, die innerhalb des Verwaltungshaushalts der Bundesanstalt abgedeckt werden können. Darüberhinaus dürften dem Bund Finanzierungskosten von ca. 96 Mio DM jährlich entstehen.
