Summary

<b>Inhalt:</b> Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten agrarstatistischen Einzelgesetze und Anpassung an die Anforderungen nach dem Urteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts zum Volkszählungsgesetz 1983 und nach dem Bundesstatistikgesetz vom 22.1.1987; Außerkrafttreten des Gesetzes über Bodennutzungs- und Ernteerhebung, des Viehzählungsgesetzes, des Gesetzes über eine Statistik der Arbeitskräfte in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft und des Agrarberichterstattungsgesetzes. Das Gesetz dürfte Mehrkosten von durchschnittlich jährlich 1,65 Mio DM verursachen, wobei beim Bund kein Mehrbedarf an Haushaltsmitteln entsteht. Für neue oder zu ändernde Erhebungs- oder Aufbereitungsprogramme entstehen bei Bund und Ländern einmalige Programmierkosten von 4,26 Mio DM; hinzu kommen Kosten der alle zehn Jahre stattfindenden Landwirtschaftszählung von durchschnittlich jährlich 5,94 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Verschiebung der Erhebungen um jeweils zwei Jahre und Anpassung der Erhebungsperiodizitäten an den laufenden Erhebungsturnus, Verzicht auf die Erhebung der Arbeitskräfte und der außerbetrieblichen Erwerbs- und Unterhaltsquellen in der Forstwirtschaft, Berücksichtigung von Bedenken des Bundesbeauftragten für den Datenschutz, Verzicht auf "externe Verknüpfung" landwirtschaftlicher Daten mit Angaben aus anderen Wirtschaftsstatistiken. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Bodennutzungserhebung/Außerkrafttreten des Bodennutzungs- und Ernteerhebungsgesetzes durch das Agrarstatistikgesetz * Ernteerhebung/Außerkrafttreten des Bodennutzungs- und Ernteerhebungsgesetzes durch das Agrarstatistikgesetz * Viehzählungsgesetz/Außerkrafttreten des Viehzählungsgesetzes durch das Agrarstatistikgesetz * Arbeitskräfte in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft/Außerkrafttreten des entsprechenden Statistikgesetzes durch das Agrarstatistikgesetz * Agrarberichterstattungsgesetz/Außerkrafttreten durch das Agrarstatistikgesetz * Forstwirtschaft/Verzicht auf Erhebungen im Agrarstatistikgesetz * Datenschutz/Berücksichtigung des Datenschutzes im Agrarstatistikgesetz
