Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Einfügung eines Vierten Teils "Fürsorgeleistungen an ehemalige Soldaten auf Zeit bei Arbeitslosigkeit (Arbeitslosenbeihilfe, Arbeitslosenhilfe)" (§ 86a) in das Soldatenversorgungsgesetz: Gewährung einer Arbeitslosenbeihilfe für Soldaten auf Zeit mit einer Dienstzeit von mehr als zwei Jahren bis zu einer Dienstzeit von weniger als sechs Jahren, Gewährung von Übergangsgebührnissen und Berufsförderung für ausscheidende Soldaten auf Zeit mit mehr als vier Dienstjahren. Dem Bund entstehen jährlich Mehrkosten im Gesamtbetrag von ca. 27,3 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Begrenzung des Anspruchs auf Arbeitslosenbeihilfe für Soldaten auf Zeit mit einer Wehrdienstzeit von mindestens zwei Jahren auf 156 Tage, Anspruch auf Arbeitslosenhilfe nach Ablauf des Anspruchszeitraums für Arbeitslosenbeihilfe oder Übergangsgebührnisse. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Soldat auf Zeit/Gesetzliche Absicherung ausscheidender Soldaten auf Zeit gegen Arbeitslosigkeit * Arbeitslosenhilfe/Arbeitslosenhilfe und Arbeitslosenbeihilfe für ausscheidende Soldaten auf Zeit * Berufsförderung/Berufsförderung für ausscheidende Soldaten auf Zeit
