Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Einrichtung eines Dienstleistungsabends an jedem Donnerstag bis 21 Uhr bei allen Dienstleistungsbetrieben sowie bei den Dienststellen des Bundes mit regem Publikumsverkehr; Änderung § 3 des Gesetzes über den Ladenschluß. Die öffentlichen Haushalte werden grundsätzlich mit zusätzlichen Kosten nicht belastet. Bei Beteiligung von Dienststellen des Bundes, der Länder und der Gemeinden am Dienstleistungsabend können unwesentliche Mehrkosten entstehen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Einführung des Dienstleistungsabends an Donnerstagen bis 20.30 Uhr statt bis 21.00 Uhr, Verkürzung der Ladenöffnungszeiten an langen Sonnabenden in den Monaten April bis September von 7.00 bis 18.00 Uhr auf 7.00 bis 16.00 Uhr. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ladenschluß/Dienstleistungsabend an jedem Donnerstag bis 21 Uhr * Bundesbehörde/Dienstleistungsabend an jedem Donnerstag bis 21 Uhr
