Inhalt: Beitritt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu der am 18. Oktober 1969 in Kingston, Jamaika, gegründeten Karibischen Entwicklungsbank und ihrem Sonderfonds, Zweck: Verstärkung der entwicklungspolitischen Zusammenarbeit mit den karibischen Inselstaaten. Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland stellt der Karibischen Entwicklungsbank ab 1.1.1989 einen Grundkapitalanteil von 7,125 Mio US-Dollar zur Verfügung, leistet einen Beitrag zum Sonderfonds von 26 Mio US-Dollar und zeichnet Haftungskapital in Höhe von rund 24,075 Mio US-Dollar.
