<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch I13 und I18 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Gewährung von Finanzhilfen nach Art. 104a Abs. 4 GG von jährlich insgesamt 2,45 Mrd DM von 1989 bis 1998 zum Ausgleich unterschiedlicher Wirtschaftskraft für besonders bedeutsame Investitionen von Ländern und Gemeinden; Verteilung: Bayern 158 Mio DM (6,5 v.H.), Berlin 72 Mio DM (3 v.H.), Bremen 63 Mio DM (2,6 v.H. ), Hamburg 113 Mio DM (4,6 v.H.), Niedersachsen 652 Mio DM (26,7 v.H. ), Nordrhein-Westfalen 756 Mio DM (30,6 v.H.), Rheinland-Pfalz 272 Mio DM (11,1 v.H.), Saarland 112 Mio DM (4,6 v.H.), Schleswig- Holstein 252 Mio DM (10,3 v.H.); Änderung § 11a des Gesetzes über den Finanzausgleich zwischen Bund und Ländern: Erhöhung der Bundeszuweisung an leistungsschwache Länder gem. Art. 107 Abs. 2 Satz 3 GG von 1989 bis 1991 um jährlich 50 Mio DM zugunsten von Bremen. Das Strukturhilfegesetz führt beim Bund von 1989 bis 1998 zu Ausgaben von insgesamt 24,5 Mrd DM; Länder und Gemeinden tragen mindestens 10 v.H. der öffentlichen Finanzierung der Investitionen.
