Bezug: Raumordnungsbericht 1986 (BT Drs. 10/6027); Programmatische Schwerpunkte der Raumordnung (Unterrichtung (Bericht) der Bundesregierung, BT Drs. 10/3146); Empfehlung der Ministerkonferenz für Raumordnung vom 21. März 1985 Europäische Impulse: EG-Richtlinie über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung bei bestimmten Vorhaben (85/337/EWG) Inhalt: Aufnahme des Schutzes, der Pflege und der Entwicklung der natürlichen Lebensgrundlagen in das Raumordnungsgesetz, gleichwertige Lebensbedingungen in allen Teilen des Bundesgebietes, ländlicher Raum als wesentlicher Aufgabenbereich, Aktualisierung der land- und forstwirtschaftlichen Bodennutzung, Aufnahme der Erfordernisse von Erholung, Freizeit und Sport in das Gesetz, Umsetzung der EG-Richtlinie über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung bei bestimmten Vorhaben (EG-Richtlinie Nr. 85/33/EWG) in nationales Recht; Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ und der Überschrift ROG, Neufassungsermächtigung. Der Bund kann mit Kosten belastet werden, die im einzelnen nicht näher bezifferbar sind. Gleiches gilt für Länder und Gemeinden. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Der ländliche Raum als wesentlicher Aufgabenbereich der Raumordnung, einheitliches Raumordnungsverfahren im Gesetz unter Einschluß der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung.
