Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Gesetz zur Umsetzung der UVP-Richtlinie (s. Q09) <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Richtlinie des Rates über die Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung bei bestimmten öffentlichen und privaten Projekten (ABl. L 175/40 vom 5. Juli 1985) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ BBergG: Einführung eines Planfeststellungsverfahrens zur Zulassung von Rahmenbetriebsplänen bei bestimmten Vorhaben, Koordinierung des Betriebsplanverfahrens gem. Bundesberggesetz mit den verwaltungsverfahrenstechnischen Vorschriften über das Planfeststellungsverfahren, Umsetzung der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungs-Richtlinie der EG in innerstaatliches Recht für den Bereich des Bergbaus unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des UVP-Gesetzes. Entstehende Mehrkosten werden durch Vereinfachung bzw. Wegfall anderer Verfahren kompensiert. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> U.a. Regelung für die Auslage von Betriebsplänen durch die Genehmigungsbehörde, für die Hinzuziehung von Sachverständigen, für Vorhaben im Bereich des Festlandsockels und für die Beteiligung von Nicht-EG-Staaten bei der grenzüberschreitenden Behördenzusammenarbeit. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Planfeststellung/Einführung im Bundesberggesetz * Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung/Umsetzung im Bereich des Bergbaus * Bergbau/Einführung der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung und des Planfeststellungsverfahrens * Betriebsplanverfahren gem.
