<b>Inhalt:</b> Errichtung eines Bundesamtes für Strahlenschutz im Geschäftsbereich des Bundesministers für Umwelt, Naturschutz und Reaktorsicherheit mit Sitz in Salzgitter, Zusammenfassung der Aufgaben des Bundes auf den Gebieten des Strahlenschutzes, der kerntechnischen Sicherheit und der Entsorgung radioaktiver Abfälle bei einer Bundesoberbehörde, Klarstellung und Verbesserung atomrechtlicher Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit den Aufgaben des Bundesamtes, Übernahme verschiedener Institutionen durch das Bundesamt; Änderung verschiedener §§ Atomgesetz, Strahlenschutzvorsorgegesetz, Gesetz über die Beförderung gefährlicher Güter und des Bundesbesoldungsgesetzes. Zusätzliche Kosten 1989: 8,9 Mio DM; ab 1990 jährliche Kosten in Höhe von 14,8 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> U.a.
