Bezug: Volkszählungsurteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 15.12.1983 (BVerfGE 65,1); Neufassung des Bundesstatistikgesetzes (BGBl I 1987 S. 462) Europäische Impulse: Für 1990 vorgesehene Gehalts- und Lohnstrukturerhebung des Statistischen Amts der Europäischen Gemeinschaften (SAEG) Inhalt: Änderung verschiedener §§ des Gesetzes über die Lohnstatistik zur Anpassung an Grundsätze des Volkszählungsurteils des Bundesverfassungsgerichts und Umsetzung der Regelungen des Bundesstatistikgesetzes, u.a. Verzicht auf den Erlaß von Rechtsverordnungen zur Durchführung der Erhebungen und Durchführung der Lohnstatistik als Repräsentativerhebung. Es entstehen keine Kosten.
