Bezug: Stellungnahmen zahlreicher Gremien im staatlichen und kirchlichen Bereich, u.a. Entschließung des Bundesrates zur extrakorporalen Befruchtung (BR-Drs. 210/86 - Beschluß vom 16.05.1986) Inhalt: Verbot und Strafbewehrung jeder Form von Ersatzmuttervermittlung, Änderung der §§ 1, 5, 6, 13 und 14 des Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetzes. Es entstehen keine Kosten. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Strafvorschriften gegen den Kinderhandel und gegen die Ersatzmuttervermittlung gem. § 14 Adoptionsvermittlungsgesetz.
