<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch E10, E15 und E16 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung zahlreicher §§ des Außenwirtschaftsgesetzes, insbesondere von § 34 zur Verschärfung der Strafbestimmung für Vergehen gegen Regelungen, die aus sicherheits- und außenpolitischen Gründen erlassen wurden, ferner Anpassung an außenwirtschaftliche Entwicklungen oder rechtliche Erfordernisse, u.a. an den Stand der Datenverarbeitungstechnik, Regelung der Kompetenz des Bundeswirtschaftsministers zur Anordnung und Aufhebung von Beschränkungen, Klärung der Beschränkungsmöglichkeiten u.a.m. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Einführung einer Genehmigungspflicht für die Beteiligung Deutscher an Auslandsprojekten der Raketentechnologie im Wege der Rechtsverordnung, Erhöhung des Strafrahmens. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ausfuhrbeschränkung/Änd. § 34 Außenwirtschaftsgesetz betr.
