WP XC07, Abschlußband S. 1091) Inhalt: Ratifizierung des am 16.5.1972 in Basel unterzeichneten Übereinkommens, Aufstellung gemeinsamer Regeln für die Staaten des Europarates, in welchem Ausmaß ein Staat Immunität vor den Gerichten eines anderen Staates genießt, Sicherung der Durchsetzung der gegen einen fremden Staat ergangenen Urteile.
