Beratung zusammengeführt mit dem Entwurf der Fraktionen der CDU/CSU und FDP B55 (BT-Drs 11/4615)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Einschränkung des Grundrechts der Freizügigkeit für neu aufzunehmende Aussiedler und Übersiedler aus der DDR: Vorläufige Zuweisung eines Wohnsitzes durch die Länder bis zum Finden eines Wohnortes eigener Wahl, Beendigung der Wirkung der Zuweisung nach 2 Jahren, Geltungsdauer des Gesetzes 3 Jahre. Bund und Gemeinden werden nicht mit Kosten belastet. Den Ländern entstehen Verwaltungskosten in geringfügiger Höhe.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit B55, BT-Drs 11/4615; Titeländerung<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Aussiedler/Gesetz über die Festlegung eines vorläufigen Wohnortes für Aussiedler und Übersiedler * Übersiedler aus der DDR/Gesetz über die Festlegung eines vorläufigen Wohnortes für Aussiedler und Übersiedler * Freizügigkeit/Einschränkung der Freizügigkeit für Aus- und Übersiedler durch Wohnsitzzuweisung
