L 94 S. 13) - Garantieausgaben Inhalt: Sicherung der den deutschen Landwirten garantierten Preise für ihre Erzeugnisse für den Fall, daß die EG-Kommission die Finanzierung der Garantieausgaben vom Vorschuß- auf das Erstattungsverfahren umstellt: Übertragung der Aufnahme von Kassenkrediten als neue Aufgabe an die Bundesanstalt für landwirtschaftliche Marktordnung durch Erweiterung des § 2 und Ermächtigung zur Aufnahme von Krediten über den bisherigen Rahmen hinaus gem. Änderung des § 10 dieses Gesetzes. Dem Bund können je nach Dauer und Umfang der erforderlichen Kredite Finanzierungskosten von ca. 10 Mio DM monatlich entstehen, wenn diese nicht von der Europäischen Gemeinschaft übernommen werden. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Beschränkung der Kreditermächtigung auf die Jahre 1987 und 1988.
