<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch H05 und H06 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anhebung der Leistungen nach dem Unterhaltssicherungsgesetz für Grundwehrdienstleistende und Wehrübende sowie deren Angehörige um etwa 30 v.H., strukturelle Änderungen der Leistungsarten, Änderung der § 5 bis 7, 9. 10, 13 und 14 des Unterhaltssicherungsgesetzes, Neufassungsermächtigung für den Bundesminister der Verteidigung; Inkrafttreten am 1.7.1987. Es entstehen jährliche Kosten von 12,8 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderung § 5 Abs. 3 Satz 2 in Art. 1 Nr. 1: Erhöhung des Unterhalts des Wehr- bzw. Zivildienstleistenden sowie des Wehrübenden auf 960 DM, wenn dessen Ehefrau für die Erziehung eines oder mehrerer minderjähriger Kinder im gemeinsamen Haushalt sorgt; Änderung § 7a Abs. 2 in Art. 1 Nr. 5: Erhöhung der Mietbeihilfe bis zu 25 v.H., höchstens auf 780 DM pro Monat, wenn die Miete den Höchstbetrag überschreitet und die Bemessungsgrundlage mehr als 2040 DM beträgt. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Wehrpflichtiger/Anhebung der Unterhaltsleistungen für Wehrdienstleistende und Wehrübende um etwa 30 v.H. * Wehrübung/ Anhebung der Unterhaltsleistungen für Wehrdienstleistende und Wehrübende um etwa 30 v.H.
