<b>Bezug:</b> Wiedervorlage des bereits in der 10.WP eingebrachten Gesetzentwurfs (s. GESTA 10.WP B47, Abschlußband S. 975) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Sicherstellung der Übergabe von Unterlagen mit bleibendem Wert, die bei den Verfassungsorganen und den Dienststellen des Bundes anfallen, an das Bundesarchiv, Benutzungsregelung, insbesondere bereichsspezifische Regelungen neben den allgemeinen Datenschutz- und Geheimhaltungsvorschriften; Änderung der §§ 71 und 76 10. Buch SGB. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Entscheidung der gesetzlichen Körperschaften in eigener Zuständigkeit, ob Unterlagen zu übergeben sind; landesgesetzliche Regelung für die Abgabe von Archivgut an das zuständige Archiv; Auskunftspflicht des zuständigen Archivs über personenbezogene Angaben gegenüber dem Betroffenen; Änderung des § 84 10.
