<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch L23 und L26 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verbesserung der Wohngeldleistungen: Zuweisung der Gemeinden und Kreise mit einem um mindestens 25 v.H. über dem Bundesdurchschnitt liegenden Mietenniveau in die zusätzlich eingerichtete Mietenstufe VI ab 1.1.1990, Höherstufung der Kommunen mit überdurchschnittlichen Mietsteigerungen in eine andere höhere Mietstufe ab 1.1.1990; Änderung zahlreicher §§ des Wohngeldgesetzes. Für Bund und Länder entstehen ab 1991 Mehrausgaben von bis zu 20 Mio. DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ermächtigung der Bundesregierung, durch Rechtsverordnung eine entsprechende Neueinstufung zum 1.1.1990 zu schaffen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Wohngeld/Erhöhung des Wohngelds für Gemeinden und Kreise mit überdurchschnittlichem Mietenniveau * Gemeinde/Erhöhung des Wohngeldes für Gemeinden mit überdurchschnittlichem Mietenniveau
