<b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 1, 8, 11, 12 und 13 Marktstrukturgesetz: Erweiterung der Antragsliste über die Erzeugnisse, für die die Bildung einer Erzeugergemeinschaft möglich ist; Ermächtigung des Bundeslandwirtschaftsministers zur Erweiterung dieser Liste durch Rechtsverordnung. Die Kosten der Länder betragen voraussichtlich 0,6 bis 0,8 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ergänzung der Anhangliste um pflanzliche Erzeugnisse zur technischen Verwendung oder Energiegewinnung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Landwirtschaftliche Erzeugergemeinschaft/Änd.
