<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch C51, C53, C90 und C92 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Festlegung rechtlicher Grenzen für die Anwendung der In-vitro- Fertilisation und der Gentechnologie beim Menschen, insbesondere Verbot eines Gentransfers in menschliche Keimbahnzellen, der gezielten Erzeugung von Embryonen zu Forschungszwecken, der Verwendung menschlicher Embryonen zu nicht ihrer Erhaltung dienenden Zwecken, der extrakorporalen Befruchtung von Eizellen außerhalb eines einmaligen Behandlungsversuchs, des Klonens und der Erzeugung von Hybrid- und Chimärenwesen, der gezielten Festlegung des Geschlechts, der Mitwirkung an der Entstehung sog. gespaltener Mutterschaften sowie der Durchführung einer künstlichen Befruchtung bei Leihmüttern. Es entstehen keine nennenswerten Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Beschränkung des Gametentransfers auf drei Eizellen, Verbot der künstlichen Befruchtung nach dem Tod des Samenspenders, Arztvorbehalt für künstliche Befruchtung sowie Freiwilligkeitsprinzip bei der Mitwirkung an künstlichen Befruchtungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Gentechnologie/Gesetz zum Schutz von Embryonen * In-vitro- Fertilisation/Gesetz zum Schutz von Embryonen * Künstliche Befruchtung * Leihmutter/Verbot der Ersatzmutterschaft
