<b>Bezug:</b> Volkszählungsurteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 15.12.1983 (BVerfGE 65,1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Neufassung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für die Übermittlung notwendiger Daten vom Statistischen Bundesamt an die Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen für Zwecke der Unfallforschung unter Wahrung des Datenschutzes gem. Vorgaben des Volkszählungsurteils 1983 des Bundesverfassungsgerichts, Vereinfachung der Statistik durch Anhebung des Schwellenwertes bei Straßenverkehrsunfällen mit schwerem Sachschaden von 3 000 auf 4 000 DM, Schaffung einer Rechtsgrundlage für die Übermittlung von Tabellen an die zuständigen Behörden; Außerkrafttreten des Gesetzes zur Durchführung einer Straßenverkehrsunfallstatistik v. 22.12.1982 sowie der Durchführungs- VO v. 18.3.1983. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Übermittlung von Einzelangaben für Zwecke der Unfallforschung gem. § 16 Abs. 6 Bundesstatistikgesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Datenschutz/Sicherung des Datenschutzes im Straßenverkehrsunfallstatistikgesetz * Unfallstatistik/Vereinfachung der Statistik über Straßenverkehrsunfälle * Datenschutz/Übermittlung von Einzelangaben für Zwecke der Unfallforschung gem. § 16 Abs. 6 Bundesstatistikgesetz
