<b>Bezug:</b> Teilweise Übernahme eines Referentenentwurfs des BMJ (RefE 1983) unter Ausklammerung der kostenintensiven Vorschläge Siehe auch C39 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Überarbeitung des Jugendstrafrechts unter Betonung des Erziehungsgedankens: Stärkung der informellen Reaktionsmöglichkeiten von Jugendstaatsanwalt und Jugendrichter, Erweiterung der erzieherisch wirksamen Reaktionsmöglichkeiten, Beschränkung des Freizeitarrests auf zwei statt vier Freizeiten, behutsame Erweiterung der Strafaussetzung zur Bewährung, Verbesserung der Jugendgerichtshilfe, Erleichterung der Unterbringung im Erziehungsheim, u.a. zur Vermeidung von Untersuchungshaft, Einschränkung der Untersuchungshaft bei Jugendlichen, insbesondere bei Vierzehn- und Fünfzehnjährigen, Ausdehnung der notwendigen Verteidigung auf Fälle, in denen Untersuchungshaft gegen Jugendliche vollstreckt wird; Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Jugendgerichtsgesetz, Änderung des § 98 Gesetz über Ordnungswidrigkeiten, des § 60 Bundeszentralregistergesetz sowie der §§ 40, 42 und 48 Gerichtskostengesetz; Neufassungsermächtigung. Bei Ländern und Gemeinden können Mehrkosten bis zur Höhe von 18 Mio DM jährlich entstehen. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> U.a., Einfügung eines § 72a JGG betr. Heranziehung der Jugendgerichtshilfe in Haftsachen, Regelung zur Anordnung von Jugendarrest bei Nichtzahlung einer Geldstrafe; Änderung des § 25 Gesetz über die internationale Rechtshilfe in Strafsachen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ordnungswidrigkeit/Änd. § 98 OWiG betr. Jugendstrafrecht * Bundeszentralregistergesetz/Änd. § 60 BZRG betr. Jugendstrafrecht * Gerichtskostengesetz/Änd. §§ 40, 42 und 48 GKG betr.
