Summary
<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> EG-Prospektrichtlinie vom 17.4.1989 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Wegfall des Erfordernisses einer staatlichen Genehmigung für die Ausgabe von Inhaber- und Orderschuldverschreibungen, Wahrung des Anlegerschutzes bei der bis 1991 vorzunehmenden Umsetzung der EG- Prospektrichtlinie; Aufhebung der §§ 795 und 808a BGB, Änderung des § 108b und der Überschrift des Gesetzes zur Ausführung des Abkommens vom 27. Februar 1953 über deutsche Auslandsschulden sowie Änderung der §§ 9 und 14 Gesetz zur näheren Regelung der Entschädigungsansprüche für Auslandsbonds. Dem Bund entstehen jährliche Mindereinnahmen in Höhe von 8 Mio DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Änderungen. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Deregulierung/Vereinfachte Ausgabe von Schuldverschreibungen * Rechtsangleichung in den EG/Umsetzung der EG-Prospektrichtlinie * Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch/Aufhebung der §§ 795 und 808a BGB betr.
