Inhalt: Änderung § 24 Gewerbeordnung: Ermächtigung der Bundesregierung zu Regelungen für die Anlagensicherheit nach dem Stand der Technik in Rechtsverordnungen; Klarstellung, daß Meß-, Steuer- und Regelungseinrichtungen Bestandteil überwachungsbedürftiger Anlagen sind, Einbeziehung aller Gefahrstoffe in das Überwachungssystem, Ausnahmeregelung für Gefahrstoffe in Energieanlagen gem. § 2 Abs. 1 Energiewirtschaftsgesetz, Ermittlung technischer Regeln nach dem Stand der Technik durch die Technischen Ausschüsse. Bund und Ländern entstehen Kosten nur als Betreiber von Anlagen. Nebenschlagwörter: Technische Sicherheit/Änd. § 24 GewO betr.
