<b>Bezug:</b> Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichts vom 18. Juni 1986 (BVerfGE 73, 280) zum Auswahlverfahren für das Notaramt; Entscheidung des Bundesgerichtshofs vom 14. Mai 1990 (BGH NJW 1990 S. 1719) zum Führen von Fachanwaltsbezeichnungen <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung und Ergänzung versch. §§ Bundesnotarordnung: Vorgabe gesetzlicher Maßstäbe für die Auswahl unter mehreren Bewerbern um das Notaramt, Ausschreibungsverfahren bei der Bewerbung, Beseitigung des bisher allein möglichen Zugangs zum Anwaltsnotariat über Wartezeiten im Anwaltsberuf, ausschließliche Bemessung der Zahl der Anwaltsnotare an den Erfordernissen einer geordneten Rechtspflege. Es entstehen keine Zusatzkosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung der Vorlage; Änderung versch. §§ Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung betr.
