<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch F23 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung von § 1 des Milchaufgabevergütungsgesetzes: Durchführung einer Sonderaktion zur Aufgabe von Teilen einer Referenzmenge in Ergänzung zur laufenden Herauskaufaktion von Milchmengen; Schaffung eines Anreizes in Form eines erhöhten, zeitlich gestaffelten Vergütungssatzes. Es wird mit einem Finanzierungsbedarf von ca. 520 Mio DM gerechnet, der überwiegend durch EG-Mittel gedeckt wird.
