<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch F18 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Herauslösung aller Bestimmungen, die friedenszeitliche Versorgungskrisen betreffen, aus dem Ernährungssicherstellungsgesetz, Schaffung einer Rechtsgrundlage zur Datenübermittlung für Ernährungssicherstellungszwecke, Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen finanziellen Belastungen des Bundes. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Präzisierung des Personenkreises, von dem Auskünfte eingezogen werden können, Übermittlung der Einzelangaben zu den Verbrauchern nur von den Meldebehörden, Weitergabe vor Feststellung der Versorgungskrise nur mit Zustimmung der jeweiligen Aufsichtsbehörde. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Versorgungskrise/Herauslösung der Bestimmungen betr. friedenszeitliche Krisen aus dem Ernährungssicherstellungsgesetz * Datenübertragung/Rechtsgrundlage zur Datenübermittlung für Ernährungssicherstellungszwecke
