<b>Bezug:</b> Haushaltsgesetz 1990 (s. D42) Strukturanpassung im Besoldungsrecht siehe B71, 8. Wohngeldnovelle siehe L26 Vergleiche auch D61 und D72 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung der §§ 1 und 2 Haushaltsgesetz 1990: Erhöhung des Haushaltsvolumens um 6,673 Mrd DM auf 307,008 Mrd DM sowie Erhöhung der Nettokreditaufnahme um 6,538 Mrd DM auf 33,48 Mrd DM, insbesondere zur Finanzierung von Sofortmaßnahmen aufgrund der aktuellen Entwicklung in der DDR, Hilfen für andere Staaten in Mittel- und Osteuropa, Berücksichtigung der Strukturtarifrunde im öffentlichen Dienst und der voraussichtlich am 1. Oktober 1990 in Kraft tretenden 8. Wohngeldnovelle. Erhöhung der Haushaltsausgaben um 6,673 Mrd DM und der Nettokreditaufnahme um 6,538 Mrd DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Reduzierung der vorgesehenen Erhöhung des Haushaltsvolumens auf 306,924 Mrd DM und der Nettokreditaufnahme auf 32,89 Mrd DM wegen erhöhter Steuereinnahmen; Änderung des § 18 Haushaltsgesetz 1990 betr.
