<strong>Bezug:</strong> In der 2. Beratung zusammengeführt mit der BR-Initiative des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen L13 (BR Drs. 605/88, BT-Drs 11/4482)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Möglichkeit des Tausches von Sozialwohnungen unabhängig vom Gesamteinkommen des Tauschwilligen (§ 5 Abs. 1 WoBindG); wirksamere Ausgestaltung der Regelung über die Zahlung von Geldleistungen bei schuldhaften Gesetzesverstößen (§ 25 Abs. 1 WoBindG). Durch Tausch von Sozialwohnungen werden öffentliche Mittel eingespart. Die Verschärfung der Sanktionsvorschriften kann zu Mehreinnahmen in nicht vorhersehbarer Höhe führen.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Verzicht des Bauherrn von Sozialmietwohnungen auf die Geltendmachung von laufenden Aufwendungen, Verlängerung der Nachwirkungsfristen bei vorzeitiger Rückzahlung öffentlicher Mittel auf 10 Jahre, Streichung der verkürzten Nachwirkungsfristen des § 16 Abs.3 WoBindG, Aufhebung des § 16a WoBindG betr. Wegfall der Kostenmiete in Gemeinden unter 200 000 Einwohnern bereits 6 Monate nach vorzeitiger Rückzahlung des Darlehens.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Sozialwohnung/Tausch von Sozialwohnungen * Sozialwohnung/Sicherung des Sozialwohnungsbestandes
