<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch B70 und H06 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Besoldungsverbesserungen für den Bereich der Bundeswehr: Höherstufung des Eingangsdienstgrades A1 nach A2 bereits nach 3 Monaten, Amtszulage von 40 DM für Gefreite, Einführung des Spitzendienstgrades Stabsgefreiter in A5, Verdoppelung der Stellenzulage für Soldaten als Ausbilder im Außen- und Geländedienst von 50 DM, Stellenzulage für den Flugsicherungsbetriebsdienst: Umwandlung der Erschwerniszulagen nach der VO vom 22.03.1974 in teilweise ruhegehaltsfähige und teilweise nicht ruhegehaltsfähige Stellenzulagen, Verdoppelung der Stellenzulage für Soldaten und Beamte als fliegendes Personal von 450, 360 und 288 DM, Stellenzulage im Marinebereich, Leistungszuschlag für Wehrübende; Besoldungsverbesserungen für den Bereich der zivilen Flugsicherung: Stellenzulage für den Flugsicherungsbetriebsdienst und für die Beamten des mittleren und gehobenen technischen Dienstes bei der Bundesanstalt für Flugsicherung; Einfügung der Nummern 3a, 5a und 9a in die Anl. I (Bundesbesoldungsordnungen A und B) des Bundesbesoldungsgesetzes, Änderung der Anlage IX (Zulagen) und der Anlage VII (Zulage für die Beamten in der Ständigen Vertretung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in der DDR) des BBesG, Änderung § 1 und Einfügung § 8a Wehrsoldgesetz, Änderung § 1 bis 3 der ErschwerniszulagenVO in besonderen Fällen. Dem Bund entstehen 1990 Kosten in Höhe von 71,6 Mio DM und 1991 112,5 Mio DM. Den Ländern entstehen Kosten von 0,1 Mio DM (1990) und 0,4 Mio DM (1991). <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Erhöhung der Planstellen bei Stabsfeldwebeln, Erhöhung und Ruhegehaltfähigkeit der Kompaniefeldwebelzulage, Einführung einer Zulage mit Ruhegehaltfähigkeit von 180 DM für Flugabfertiger in den Flugsicherungsstellen, Erhöhung der Zulage und Ruhegehaltfähigkeit für Nachprüfer von Luftfahrtgerät. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Bundeswehr/Attraktivitätsprogramm der Bundeswehr * Flugsicherung/ Besoldungsverbesserungen für die militärische und zivile Flugsicherung * Besoldungszulage/Besoldungszulagen für Bundeswehr und Flugsicherung * Bundesbesoldungsgesetz/Änd.
