<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch B77 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Aufhebung des Aufnahmegesetzes vom 22.8.1950 und der Verordnung zur Durchführung des Aufnahmegesetzes vom 11.6.1951 zum 1.7.1990, Beendigung spezifischer Leistungen für Übersiedler nach dem Flüchtlingshilfegesetz und vergleichbarer Leistungen aus dem Härtefonds des Lastenausgleichs, Beibehaltung der Freizügigkeit; Änderung § 1 und 20 des Flüchtlingshilfegesetzes sowie § 1 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 der 2. Verordnung über Ausgleichsleistungen nach dem Lastenausgleichsgesetz. Bund, Länder und Gemeinden werden finanziell entlastet. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Ermächtigung zur Änderung oder Aufhebung der zweiten Verordnung über Ausgleichsleistungen nach dem Lastenausgleichsgesetz durch Rechtsverordnung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Übersiedler aus der DDR/Aufhebung des Notaufnahmeverfahrens * Notaufnahmelager/Aufhebung des Notaufnahmeverfahrens für Übersiedler * Flüchtlingshilfegesetz/Änd. § 1 und 20 FlüHG betr.
