<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch L18 und L23 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Erhöhung der Wohngeldbeträge um durchschnittlich 20 DM auf 170 DM, Anhebung des monatlichen Wohngeldes für einen 1-Personenhaushalt um durchschnittlich 17 DM auf 127 DM, für einen 4- und mehr Personenhaushalt um durchschnittlich 23 DM auf 231 DM; stärkere Anhebung des Wohngeldes für Wohnraum in Gemeinden mit überdurchschnittlich hohen Mieten (Mietstufen IV bis VI), Zuordnung der Gemeinden ab 10.000 Einwohnern zu einer eigenen Mietstufe, Herabsetzung des Wohngeldmindestbetrages von 20 auf 10 DM, Anhebung des Einkommensfreibetrages für Schwerbehinderte (Behinderungsgrad 100 sowie mindestens 80 bei häuslicher Pflege) von 2.400 auf 3.000 DM, pauschaliertes Wohngeld für Empfänger laufender Leistungen nach dem Bundessozialhilfegesetz und dem Bundesversorgungsgesetz, Neufassungsermächtigung. Die Gesamtkosten betragen im Jahr der vollen Wirksamkeit (1992) 1,2 Mrd DM. Bund und Länder tragen die Kosten jeweils zur Hälfte. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Verringerung der Zahl der Wohngeldtabellen bei der nächsten Wohngeldanpassung. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Wohngeld/Erhöhung des Wohngeldes * Schwerbehinderter/Anhebung des Einkommensfreibetrags im Zuge der 8.
