Beratung zusammengeführt mit dem Gesetzentwurf der Fraktionen der CDU/CSU und FDP G65 (BT-Drs 11/6469)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Integration der nach dem Sozialversicherungs- Beitragsentlastungsgesetz (SVBEG) zur Verfügung stehenden Bundesmittel in das agrarsoziale Sicherungssystem und Verlangsamung des Beitragsanstiegs in der Altershilfe für Landwirte: Aufstockung des Beitragszuschusses um zwei Drittel der Mittel nach dem aufzuhebenden SVBEG, dadurch Verstetigung des Einheitsbeitrags, Festsetzung der Mindestbelastung in der Altershilfe für Landwirte als Vomhundertsatz des Einheitsbeitrags, Abschlußgrenze für Beitragsentlastung bei einem Wirtschaftswert des Betriebes von 60 000 DM, Anhebung der Grenze für das Erwerbseinkommen auf das 1,6- fache der Bezugsgröße, Festsetzung des Beitrags in der Altershilfe für Landwirte für das Jahr 1991; Änderung der §§ 3c, 4b, 10 und 13 Gesetz über die Altershilfe für Landwirte und von Art. 2 §§ 5a und 9c Gesetz zur Neuregelung der Altershilfe für Landwirte, Änderung § 14 Gesetz zur Förderung der Einstellung der landwirtschaftlichen Erwerbstätigkeit und § 3 Einkommensteuergesetz; Außerkrafttreten des Sozialversicherungs-Beitragsentlastungsgesetzes und der GAL- Beitragszuschußverordnung. Die Mehrkosten für den Bund betragen 1991 5 Mio DM, 1992 25 Mio DM und 1993 50 Mio DM.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit BT-Drs 11/6469; Heraufsetzung der Altersgrenze für Hinterbliebenengeld und Übergangshilfe, Senkung des Zugangsalters für Leistungen gem. FELEG, Heraufsetzung der Einkommensgrenze bei altershilfepflichtigen Nebenerwerbsbetrieben, Gleichbehandlung der Bezieher von Produktionsaufgaberente bei der Sozialkostenentlastung.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</strong> Änderung Art. 6 Abs.2 -neu- betr. Außerkrafttreten der Art. 1 und 2 am 31. Dezember 1994, Folgeänderungen.<br /> <br /> <strong>Nebenschlagwörter:</strong> Altershilfe für Landwirte * Einkommensteuergesetz/Änd. § 3 EStG betr. 4.
