Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> 2. Gesetz zur Änderung des Milchaufgabevergütungsgesetzes (s. F19) <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> VO (EWG) Nr. 857/84 zur Umstrukturierung der Milcherzeugung <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung des § 2a Milchaufgabevergütungsgesetz: Ermächtigung der Länder, im Anschluß an die aufgrund des 2. Gesetzes zur Änderung des Milchaufgabevergütungsgesetzes durchgeführte Sonderaktion Landesmaßnahmen zum Aufkauf von Anlieferungs-Referenzmengen zu gleichen Konditionen vorzunehmen. Dem Bund entstehen keine Kosten. Den Ländern entstehen Kosten nur insoweit, als aufgekaufte Referenzmengen nicht zum selben Preis abgegeben werden können. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Begrenzung der Ermächtigung auf den 31.3.1991.
