L 226, S. 1) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung des § 3f Abs. 1 und 2 sowie des § 3g Abs. 2 Kraftfahrzeugsteuergesetz: Einräumung einer auf ein Viertel der Zeit begrenzten steuerlichen Förderung für Halter von Personenkraftwagen mit weniger als 1.400 ccm Hubraum, die hinsichtlich ihrer Schadstoffemissionen die europäischen Grenzwerte mit einem ungeregelten Katalysator einhalten; Änderung von § 35 Abs. 2 Straßenverkehrsgesetz: Erteilung von Auskünften aus dem Zentralen Fahrzeugregister des Kraftfahrt-Bundesamtes zur gezielten Ansprache von Kraftfahrzeughaltern zwecks Nachrüstung ihrer mit weniger fortgeschrittener Technik ausgestatteten Pkw.
