Summary
<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch J14 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Einstweilige Anordnung des Europäischen Gerichtshofes vom 12.7.1990 über eine Aussetzung der Schwerverkehrsabgabe für Lastkraftwagen aus anderen Mitgliedstaaten der Europäischen Gemeinschaft <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verzicht auf die für den 1.7.1990 vorgesehene Erhebung der Straßenbenutzungsgebühr bis zum 30.6.1991 in der Erwartung einer europäischen Lösung zur Steuerharmonisierung für den Straßengüterverkehr; Änderung § 1 des Straßenbenutzungsgebührengesetzes. Den öffentlichen Haushalten, insbesondere dem Bund, gehen Gebühreneinnahmen von ca. 1.233 Mio DM verloren. Weitere Einnahmeausfälle von unter 300 Mio DM gehen zu Lasten der Deutschen Bundesbahn. Die den Ländern durch Absenkung der Kraftfahrzeugsteuer entstehenden Einnahmeausfälle von jährlich ca. 1,026 Mio DM werden vom Bund ersetzt. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Annahme des Gesetzentwurfs mit der Maßgabe der Streichung der Berlin- Klausel. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Schwerverkehrsabgabe/Verzicht auf die Erhebung bis zum 30.6.1991 * Lastkraftwagen/Verzicht auf die Erhebung der Schwerverkehrsabgabe für Lkw bis zum 30.6.1991
