<b>Bezug:</b> Familiengesetzbuch der ehemaligen DDR (§§ 69 ff FGB) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung von Art. 234 § 13 Einführungsgesetz zum Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch: Überprüfung und ggf. Aufhebung von Adoptionen nach dem Recht der ehemaligen DDR, insbesondere sog. Zwangsadoptionen, die ohne Einwilligung der leiblichen Eltern begründet worden sind, durch die Vormundschaftsgerichte; Fristsetzung bis zum 2. Oktober 1993.
