WP D29, Abschlußband S. 256) Siehe auch D19, D24 und D44 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Weitere Verbesserung der Finanzausstattung der neuen Bundesländer und ihrer Gemeinden in den Jahren 1992 bis 1994: Aufhebung des Strukturhilfegesetzes ab 1992, Leistung einer einmaligen pauschalen Überbrückungshilfe von 600 Mio DM in 1991 für bereits angemeldete längerfristige Vorhaben der alten Bundesländer, Aufstockung des Fonds "Deutsche Einheit" um das bisherige Gesamtvolumen der Strukturhilfe (jährlich 2,45 Mrd DM) sowie um zusätzliche Bundesleistungen (jährlich 3,45 Mrd DM) von 1992 bis 1994, Weitergewährung und Verdoppelung der Sondervorabbeträge bei den Bundesergänzungszuweisungen für die Länder Saarland und Bremen in 1992 und 1993 (150 Mio DM bzw. 100 Mio DM); Änderung von § 2 Abs. 1 Gesetz über die Errichtung eines Fonds "Deutsche Einheit" sowie von § 11a Abs. 3 Gesetz über den Finanzausgleich zwischen Bund und Ländern. Der Bund wird 1991 mit 600 Mio DM und in den Jahren 1992 bis 1994 mit jeweils 3,45 Mrd DM belastet.
