<b>Bezug:</b> Haushaltsgesetz 1991 siehe D03, Aufhebung des Strukturhilfegesetzes siehe D16 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Änderung von § 24 Haushaltsgesetz 1991: Gewährung einer einmaligen Finanzzuweisung von 5 Mrd DM an die Bundesanstalt für Arbeit aufgrund der Arbeitsmarktentwicklung in den neuen Bundesländern, Leistung einer einmaligen pauschalen Überbrückungshilfe von 0,6 Mrd DM an die bisherigen Empfängerländer wegen der Aufhebung des Strukturhilfegesetzes und Umlenkung der gesamten Strukturhilfemittel in den Fonds "Deutsche Einheit". Finanzierung der Ausgaben durch Einstellung einer globalen Minderausgabe von 5,6 Mrd DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Absenkung der Nettokreditaufnahme 1991 von 66,417 Mrd DM auf 61,657 Mrd DM, Verminderung der einmaligen Finanzzuweisung an die Bundesanstalt für Arbeit auf 4,9 Mrd DM u.a.m. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Haushaltsgesetz/Nachtragshaushaltsgesetz 1991 * Bundesanstalt für Arbeit/Finanzzuweisung von 5 Mrd DM an die BA durch Nachtragshaushaltsgesetz 1991 * Strukturhilfe (Finanzhilfe)/ Überbrückungshilfe von 0,6 Mrd DM wegen Aufhebung des Strukturhilfegesetzes im Nachtragshaushalt 1991 * Neue Bundesländer/ Finanzzuweisung an die BA zugunsten der neuen Bundesländer durch Nachtragshaushaltsgesetz 1991
