<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch D13, E01, E02, E03, E07, E08, E09, E10 und E36 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Verbesserung der Ausfuhrkontrolle über den Außenhandelsverkehr mit sensitiven Waren und Dienstleistungen: Errichtung eines Bundesausfuhramts als selbständige Bundesoberbehörde zur Durchführung der Genehmigungs- und damit zusammenhängender Aufgaben durch Ausgliederung der bisherigen Abteilung VI aus dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft, Gewinnung besonders qualifizierter Mitarbeiter durch Gewährung einer allgemeinen Stellenzulage; Änderung von Art. 3 Gesetz über das Bundesamt für gewerbliche Wirtschaft, Änderung der §§ 26a, 28, 44 und 45, Einfügung § 45a Außenwirtschaftsgesetz, Änderung der §§ 17, 29b, 43a und 69a Außenwirtschaftsverordnung, von § 1 der Verordnung zur Regelung von Zuständigkeiten im Außenwirtschaftsverkehr, § 14 Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz, § 2 Erste Verordnung, § 10 Zweite Verordnung und § 1 Dritte Verordnung zur Durchführung des Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetzes, § 22 Atomgesetz, Anlage I (Bundesbesoldungsordnungen A und B) sowie Anlage IX Bundesbesoldungsgesetz. Die vorgesehenen Stellenzulagen erfordern auf der gegenwärtigen Basis Kosten von jährlich rund 1,4 Mio DM; der genauere Personalbedarf und ggfs. zusätzliche Sachkosten werden durch ein Gutachten ermittelt. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Streichung von § 45a Abs. 2 Außenwirtschaftsgesetz betr. Übermittlung von Informationen durch das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft im nicht-sensitiven Bereich, Wegfall des Fußnotenhinweises über eine ruhegehaltsfähige Stellenzulage für den ersten Präsidenten des Bundesausfuhramtes in Anlage I Bundesbesoldungsgesetz. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Ausfuhrüberwachung/Verbesserung der Ausfuhrkontrolle durch ein Bundesausfuhramt * Bundesamt für Wirtschaft/Ausgliederung der Abteilung VI aus dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft als Bundesausfuhramt * Bundesamt für gewerbliche Wirtschaft/Änderung Art. 3 Gesetz über das Bundesamt für gewerbliche Wirtschaft betr.
