<b>Bezug:</b> Flächenstillegungsgesetz 1991 siehe F07 Siehe auch F37 und F41 <br><br><b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1703/91 des Rates vom 13.6.1991 (ABl L 162 S. 1), Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2069/91 vom 11.7.1991 (ABl L 191 S. 19) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Anpassung der gültigen innerstaatlichen Vorschriften an das EG-Recht durch Änderung der §§ 3 und 6 Absatz 1 und 3 Flächenstillegungsgesetz 1991: Kürzung der Beihilfe für die Flächenstillegung im Fall der Selbstbegrünung um 10 v.H., Einräumung der Möglichkeit einer nur teilweisen Rückforderung der Beihilfe bei Verstößen gegen bestimmte, den Umweltschutz betreffende Verpflichtungen, Regelung der Verzinsung zurückzuzahlender Beträge; rückwirkendes Inkrafttreten zum 27.7.1991.
