Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Neufestsetzung der in der Zivilprozeßordnung zahlenmäßig festgesetzten Beträge, die für die Berechnung des pfändbaren Arbeitseinkommens maßgebend sind, Neufassung der Tabelle mit den pfändbaren Beträgen, Verhinderung eines Zurückbleibens der Pfändungsfreigrenzen hinter dem Existenzminimum des Schuldners in besonders gelagerten Einzelfällen, Einführung der neu festgesetzten Pfändungsfreigrenzen in den neuen Bundesländern erst nach einer Übergangszeit; Änderung der §§ 850a, 850b, 850c, 850f und Anlage 2 zu 850c Zivilprozeßordnung. Es entstehen keine wesentlichen zusätzlichen Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Streichung von Art. 3 der Vorlage aufgrund der Empfehlung des Bundesrates (Sonderregelungen für die neuen Bundesländer). <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Zivilprozeßordnung/Änderung der §§ 850a, 850b, 850c, 850f und Anlage 2 zu 850c ZPO betr. Pfändungsfreigrenzen * Existenzminimum/ Verhinderung eines Zurückbleibens der Pfändungsfreigrenzen hinter dem Existenzminimum * Neue Bundesländer/Einführung der neuen Pfändungsfreigrenzen in den neuen Bundesländern nach einer Übergangszeit
