<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch D02 und D40 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ablösung der im Staatsvertrag vom 18.5.1990 enthaltenen Übergangsregelungen für die Organisation der Deutschen Bundesbank und für die währungspolitischen Instrumente im Beitrittsgebiet; Auflösung der vorläufigen Verwaltungsstelle der Bundesbank für die neuen Länder, Zusammenlegung der Landeszentralbanken in neun wirtschaftlich annähernd gleich große Hauptverwaltungsbereiche für das gesamte Bundesgebiet; Änderung technischer Bestimmungen; Neufassungsermächtigung. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen durch das Vermittlungsverfahren:</b> Verringerung der Zahl der Landeszentralbanken entsprechend dem Beschluß des Bundestages, Errichtung einer gemeinsamen Zentralbank für Sachsen und Thüringen, Besetzung des Vorstands einer für drei Länder zuständigen Landeszentralbank mit einem Präsidenten, einem Vizepräsidenten und einem weiteren Vorstandsmitglied. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Staatsvertrag (18.05.1990)/Ablösung der Übergangsregelungen des Staatsvertrags für die Organisation der Bundesbank * Neue Bundesländer/Einbringung der neuen Bundesländer in die Bundesbankorganisation * Landeszentralbank/Zusammenlegung der Landeszentralbanken in neun Hauptverwaltungsbereiche
