<b>Bezug:</b> Siehe auch E11, E19, E28 und E40 <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Bereitstellung von 16,437 Mrd DM für die im Wirtschaftsplan genannten Förderzwecke, insbesondere in den neuen Bundesländern, Finanzierung der Ausgaben zu rund 59 v.H. durch Kreditaufnahme.
