<b>Europäische Impulse:</b> Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 802/68 des Rates vom 27.6.1968, zuletzt geändert durch die Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 456/91 vom 28.2.1991 (ABl Nr. L 54, S. 4) <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Gewährleistung der künftigen Aufgabenerfüllung des Absatzfonds: Anpassung der einzelnen Beitragssätze der deutschen Land- und Ernährungswirtschaft, Beitragsbefreiung für importierte Waren ausländischen Ursprungs bei Vorlage des Ursprungsnachweises; Änderung der §§ 2 und 10, Streichung des § 14 Absatzfondsgesetz. Dem Bundesamt für Ernährung und Forstwirtschaft entstehen jährliche Kosten von 80.000 DM. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Titeländerung (eingebracht als: Drittes Gesetz zur Änderung des Absatzfondsgesetzes); Heraufsetzung des Flächenschlüssels für den Beitragssatz von Baumschulen; Änderung von § 10 Forstabsatzfondsgesetz betr.
