Bezug: Anlage I Kapitel X Sachgebiet H Abschnitt I des Einigungsvertrages vom 31.8.1990 (s. GESTA 11. WP XR04, Abschlußband S. 780) Siehe auch S01 bis S13 Inhalt: Ausweitung des Geltungsbereichs der Stiftung ab 1. Januar 1993 auf die neuen Bundesländer und Ostberlin, Einbeziehung aller Schwangerschaftsberatungsstellen, Integration des bisher dem Hilfsfonds für schwangere Frauen in Not zur Verfügung stehenden Betrags in die Stiftungsmittel; Änderung der §§ 2, 6, 9, 12 und 13 des Stiftungsgesetzes; Neufassungsermächtigung. Der Aufstockung der Stiftungsmittel um 40 Mio DM auf 180 Mio DM steht der Wegfall eines Betrags in gleicher Höhe für den Hilfsfonds gegenüber. Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung: Ergänzende Finanzhilfen für werdende Mütter. Nebenschlagwörter: Neue Bundesländer/Ausweitung der Stiftung "Mutter und Kind" auf die neuen Bundesländer * Schwangerschaftsberatung/Einbeziehung der ostdeutschen Schwangerschaftsberatungsstellen in die Stiftung "Mutter und Kind" * Schwangerschaft/Integration des Hilfsfonds für schwangere Frauen in Not in die Stiftung "Mutter und Kind"
