Summary
<b>Inhalt:</b> Umstellung der Basis für die Beitragserhebung zur Fischabsatzförderung, Einbeziehung bislang ausgenommener Fischarten in die Beitragspflicht, Beseitigung der Abgabepflicht von Importeuren und Ersterwerbern aus Gründen des Gemeinschaftsrechts zum Jahresende 1992: Abgabenerhebung auf Basis des Entgelts, Belastung von Seefischen einschließlich Lachs, Weich- und Krebstieren, Abgabepflicht für Erzeugerbetriebe bzw. Erzeugerzusammenschlüsse sowie für Verarbeitungs- und Großhandelsbetriebe für die deutsche Produktion, alleinige Erhebungszuständigkeit des Bundesamts für Ernährung und Forstwirtschaft, Wegfall der bisherigen Zuständigkeit der Landesbehörden, Neufassungsermächtigung; Neuformulierung der §§ 1 bis 3, Einfügung von § 3a, Änderung der §§ 4 bis 7, Streichung von § 8 Fischwirtschaftsgesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten. <br><br><b>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</b> Berücksichtigung der Bundesrats-Anliegen zur Zustimmungsbedürftigkeit sowie zur Streichung der Auskunftspflicht gegenüber dem Bundesminister, Herausnahme des Großhandels aus der Abgabepflicht der Verordnungen über Beiträge zur Marktunterstützung sowie über die Verwendung von Ausgleichsabgaben auf dem Gebiet der Fischwirtschaft. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Fisch/Neuregelung der Beitragserhebung zur Fischabsatzförderung * Rechtsangleichung in den EG/Beseitigung der Abgabepflicht für Fischimporteure aus Gründen des Gemeinschaftsrechts * Bundesamt für Ernährung und Forstwirtschaft/Alleinige Zuständigkeit des Bundesamts für die Beitragserhebung zur Fischabsatzförderung * Fischerei/ Neuregelung der Beitragserhebung zur Fischabsatzförderung
