D38 (BT-Drs 12/3436)<br /> <br /> <strong>Inhalt:</strong> Festlegung von Aufgaben und Befugnissen der Zollverwaltung nach der Verwirklichung des europäischen Binnenmarkts, Regelung der Zollrechtsmaterialien, die weiterhin der nationalen Gesetzgebungskompetenz unterliegen; Zollverwaltungsgesetz als Artikel 1 des Gesetzes: Erfassung des Warenverkehrs, Erlangung einer zollrechtlichen Bestimmung, Aufbau, Befugnisse und Beistandspflichten der Zollverwaltung, Vorschriften für Grundstücke im grenznahen Raum, Sondervorschriften für Freizonen und für Helgoland, Zollordnungswidrigkeiten und Zollstraftaten; Streichung der §§ 1, 68 bis 73 und 75 sowie Änderung von 79a Zollgesetz. Es entstehen keine Kosten.<br /> <br /> <strong>Änderungen aufgrund der Ausschußempfehlung:</strong> Zusammengeführt mit der BT-Initiative auf BT-Drs 12/3436 (s.
