<b>Bezug:</b> Resolution 1.6 der 1. Vertragsstaatenkonferenz zum Bonner Übereinkommen von 1985 in Bonn, Initiativen des Vereinigten Königreichs zur Entwicklung des Abkommens <br><br><b>Inhalt:</b> Ratifikation des am 5. Dezember 1991 in London gezeichneten Regionalabkommens zum Bonner Übereinkommen zur Erhaltung der wandernden wildlebenden Tierarten: Maßnahmen zum Erhalt der europäischen Fledermäuse, beratende Betreuung durch ein Gremium zur Hege, insbesondere in Gebäuden, bei der Bundesforschungsanstalt für Naturschutz und Landschaftsökologie, Förderung internationaler Forschungsprogramme, Reduzierung des Einsatzes von für Fledermäuse giftigen Chemikalien. Es entstehen geringe, z.Zt. noch nicht abschätzbare Kosten nach Ablauf von drei Jahren. <br><br><b>Nebenschlagwörter:</b> Artenschutz/Gesetz zu dem Abkommen vom 4.
